Please call our Jenkintown office located in Rydal Square at 215-517-1212 or our Warminster office located in the Hartsville Professional Village at 215-420-1340 to schedule an appointment.
COSMETIC AND LASER APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cosmetic and laser services require a $50 deposit when making your appointment, including cosmetic consults. If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the $50 deposit will be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.
WHAT TO BRING
Valid insurance card, and photo ID. Should your insurance company require a referral please call your primary physician to obtain a referral before your appointment. If we do not have a referral your visit will be rescheduled.
CO-PAYS
Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit cards. We do not bill for copayments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive after your appointment time it is possible your appointment might be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We ask that you call the office 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you don’t cancel within the 24 hour notice or do not show up for your appointment a $40 fee will be charged.
